TV Schedule Changes Due To Year-End Shows
There are many broadcast changes coming up due to the year-end shows. Check them out below!
Friday, December 28
Hosted by Park Soo Hong, Han Go Eun, and Kim Jong Kook, the 2018 SBS Entertainment Awards will be held on December 28 at 8:55 p.m. KST. Due to that, “Law of the Jungle” will not be airing.
The “2018 KBS Song Festival” will be hosted by EXO’s Chanyeol, BTS’s Jin, and TWICE’s Dahyun and broadcast on December 28 at 8:30 p.m. KST. There will be performances by 30 teams, including EXO, TWICE, Wanna One, Red Velvet, SEVENTEEN, GFRIEND, BTOB, Apink, and MONSTA X. Therefore, “Music Bank,” “Entertainment Weekly,” and “Yoo Hee Yeol’s Sketchbook” will not be airing.
MBC programs will be airing as scheduled.
Saturday, December 29
KBS’s “Yoo Hee Yeol’s Sketchbook” will not be airing. A rerun of “Secrets of Wildlife” will air in its place. “Yoo Hee Yeol’s Sketchbook” will resume on January 5, 2019. Also, KBS’s “My Only One” will air a special on Saturday and resume its regular broadcast schedule on Sunday, December 30.
MBC’s “A Pledge to God” and “The Manager” will not air due to the 2018 MBC Entertainment Awards airing. “A Pledge to God” and “The Manager” will return on January 5, 2019.
Sunday, December 30
MBC will be airing the 2018 MBC Drama Awards, so “My Healing Love” will not air. “My Healing Love” will return on January 6, 2019.
Monday, December 31
SBS’s “My Strange Hero” will not be airing due to the 2018 SBS Drama Awards. “My Strange Hero” will air on January 1, 2019.
Likewise, the 2018 MBC Gayo Daejejun will be airing, so MBC’s “Section TV” and “Less than Evil” will be airing on January 7, 2019 instead. Following the end of the 2018 MBC Gayo Daejejun, MBC will air the movie “Anarchist from Colony.”
