BTS's V Praised For His Act Of Kindness At The 33rd Golden Disc Awards
On January 6, the second day of the 33rd Golden Disc Awards took place at Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul. Combining both days, BTS took home a total of six trophies at the awards.
However, this achievement wasn’t the only thing that caught the eyes of the public. It was also V’s kindness towards other singers such as NU’EST W and Paul Kim that melted the hearts of many audiences.
When NU’EST W returned to their seats after performing, they saw that they only had three seats available for four people. The members struggled for a good 30 seconds because they did not want to leave one man left behind, before they made a decision that two will sit and two will stand behind.
That’s when V came in. The BTS member, who was watching the whole thing next to them, nonchalantly brought them an extra chair to solve the problem. He returned to his fellow member Jimin who gave him a high five for his kind action.
V’s generosity did not end there. Because of the unending series of performances, there was a period of time when the only singers left in the audience seats were BTS and Paul Kim. When V saw that Paul Kim was sitting by himself, the idol invited him over to sit with the rest of his group and kept him company.
After the end of the award show, Paul Kim took to his Instagram to post a photo of him and the BTS members, stating that he is now a fan of the group. The singer said, “Words can’t describe. I kept deleting and rewriting this post. I’m officially a fan of BTS.”
