Kim Joon Talks About Cameo On "Fates And Furies" + Shares Hopes To Make Drama Comeback Soon

Kim Joon opened up about his brief cameo appearance on the SBS Saturday drama “Fates and Furies”!

The actor made a surprise appearance on episode 34 that aired on February 3, playing a man on a blind date with Cha Soo Hyun (So Yi Hyun). Though he tries to break the ice and soften the awkward atmosphere between them, Cha Soo Hyun continues to treat him coldly and he ends up expressing his discontent at her attitude.

After the episode aired, the actor spoke through his agency BK Company and stated, “Though my time on the show was short, it was fun to be able to participate in such a great drama. I am grateful to So Yi Hyun and the staff for creating a good atmosphere for me to act comfortably.” Kim Joon also added, “I am working hard to greet everyone soon with a new project, so please watch over me.”

Kim Joon’s last drama was the 2015 production “City of the Sun.” Last year, he began making an active return to acting by appearing in a play, various films, and on the variety show “The Return of Superman” with his daughter. He currently has multiple films lined up for release in 2019 including “Perfect Man” (literal translation) and “Friday the 13th: Beginning of the Conspiracy” (literal translation).
