2AM's Jeong Jinwoon Recommends Dating Publicly

On the February 12 broadcast of MBC every1’s “Video Star,” which was an episode for stars born in ’91, 2AM’s Jeong Jinwoon, DinDin, EXID’s LE, Thunder, and MBLAQ’s Mir appeared as guests.

Jeong Jinwoon, who publicly dated Yeeun for the last year of their three-year relationship from 2014 to 2017, said going public with a relationship is something he recommends. He said, “If you can’t handle the end of a relationship, then it’s right that you don’t reveal anything. But if you’re truly happy with someone, you really love them, and you want to be passionate with them, I think it’s right to go public with the relationship.”

He continued, “When you’re dating publicly, you’re so happy. But people will say to you, ‘What are you going to do when it’s over?’ I think to keep the relationship secret with the thought of breaking up one day is a waste of your time together.”

Meanwhile, Jeong Jinwoon has been confirmed for enlistment on March 4 as part of the military band.
