"Produce 101" Raises Anticipation With First Details For New Season

“Produce_X101” is gearing up for its premiere!

On February 19, it was reported that the contestants will move into the dorms on March 6 and that the premiere is aimed for April.

In response to the reports, Mnet commented, “The ‘Produce_X101’ contestants will move into the dorms in early March. The premiere is scheduled for the first half of this year. The exact broadcast timing has not been determined yet.”

Not much has been unveiled about the upcoming season except that it will be selecting members for a boy group. In addition to trainees from agencies, the program publicly recruited individual trainees through a notice in December 2018.

Anticipation is once again high for the new season as the survival show has produced the successful groups I.O.I, Wanna One, and IZ*ONE with the previous seasons.
