Sunmi’s Agency Assures Fans About Her Condition Following Recent Broadcast

Sunmi’s agency reassures fans that the singer is doing well!

On February 21, Sunmi held a V Live broadcast. The singer began chatting with her fans by letting them know that she had just returned from practicing for her upcoming world tour.

While telling her fans about the tour, Sunmi suddenly burst into tears and quickly moved out of the camera view. After a while, she reappeared and smiled for her fans. The singer also joked around and said, “I don’t normally cry.”

Following the broadcast, Sunmi took to her Twitter to assure her fans that she is fine. The singer wrote, “Please do not worry. I’m really fine. I’m sorry for worrying you, but there is nothing to worry about! Don’t cry.”

Despite Sunmi’s explanation, fans continued to show their concerns. In response, MAKEUS Entertainment released an official statement and clarified, “Just like the artist said herself, there is no problem.”

On February 19, Sunmi posted a photo of a handful of painkillers on her Instagram. When comments from fans worrying about the image followed, the singer deleted the photo without an explanation.

Sunmi’s agency has issued a further statement regarding fans’ recent concerns. It reads:

Hello this is MakeUs Entertainment.

We are issuing a statement regarding the artist Sunmi.

In the case of the pills that Sunmi recently uploaded on to her private social media account, we have confirmed that those were props used on a filming set. In terms of the V Live broadcast, it was something that happened due to her feelings while talking to fans, and there was no particular reason.

We are always grateful for all the love and interest in Sunmi, and we ask for your continued support.
