YG Entertainment has responded to the reports of BLACKPINK making a comeback!
On March 18, a source from the agency stated, “While we can’t yet reveal the exact comeback date, it’s true that we are filming the music video for the new song this week.”
BLACKPINK is reportedly making a comeback soon!
According to reports, BLACKPINK will return later this month with a new song, making this their first comeback in nine months since “DDU-DU DDU-DU.” The group is said to be filming their music video this week, and anticipation is building for what the girl group is preparing.
The new release is set to be a mini album. Yang Hyun Suk had previously shown confidence about BLACKPINK’s upcoming work as he said, “They will make a comeback with a mini album that has many new songs. I think people are right to be excited.”
BLACKPINK’s comeback is set to be big as they continue to grow in popularity both domestically and overseas. The girl group has a packed schedule coming up. Following the March comeback, BLACKPINK will be performing at Coachella in April and then they will kick off their first North American tour on April 17 in Los Angeles.
