TWICE Goes Platinum In Japan With “#TWICE2” + MONSTA X Achieves Gold Certification With “Shoot Out”

TWICE and MONSTA X’s recent Japanese releases have received new certifications from the Recording Industry of Japan (RIAJ)!

On April 10, the RIAJ shared its certifications for the month of March. The list announces that TWICE’s compilation album “#TWICE2” has achieved platinum certification by reaching the RIAJ’s criteria of 250,000 copies shipped.

This is TWICE’s sixth consecutive release to go platinum. Their Japanese debut best album “#TWICE,” first single “One More Time,” second single “Candy Pop,” and first Japanese studio album “BDZ” were all certified platinum and their single “Wake Me Up” went double platinum.

MONSTA X’s Japanese single “Shoot Out” has been certified gold by the RIAJ as it reached 100,000 copies shipped. The group previously received gold certifications for their Japanese singles “Spotlight” and “Livin’ It Up.”

Congratulations to TWICE and MONSTA X!
