BTS Sets New Record As Highest Ranking Korean Artist On Spotify’s Daily Global Top 200 Chart

BTS has set a new record for Korean artists on Spotify’s daily Global Top 200 chart!

According to Spotify’s most recent charts of April 13, BTS’s “Boy with Luv” featuring Halsey, the title track of their new album “MAP OF THE SOUL: PERSONA” is ranked in third place on Spotify’s Global Top 200 chart.

This is one step higher than their debut on the charts in fourth place, and now makes it the highest ranking any Korean artist has had on the chart. All songs from the album are also in the top 50 for the second consecutive day, another first for a Korean artist, with “Mikrokosmos” at No. 22, “Make It Right” at No. 26, “HOME” at No. 28, “Dionysus” at No. 36, “Jamais Vu” at No. 39, and “Intro: Persona” at No. 50.

BTS had already set a record by debuting in fourth place on the chart, the highest debut ever for a song by a Korean artist, and now they have more records under their belt.

Congratulations to BTS!
