Watch: Yeo Jin Goo, Minah, Hong Jong Hyun, And More Cast Of "Absolute Boyfriend" Enjoy Script Reading

SBS released a new behind-the-scenes video of the upcoming drama “Absolute Boyfriend” during the script reading!

Based on the popular Japanese manga series of the same name, “Absolute Boyfriend” is a romantic comedy that tells the story of Uhm Da Da (played by Girl’s Day’s Minah), a special effects makeup artist who has never had much success with love, and Zero-Nine (Yeo Jin Goo), a humanoid robot built to become the ideal boyfriend. Ma Wang Joon (Hong Jong Hyun) is a top star who, despite his immense popularity, always seems to lose his cool around his girlfriend.

The video begins with the cast and staff members gathering in a room together to start their script reading. Director Jung Jung Hwa gets up from his seat and says “I will do my best during filming with a hardworking spirit.” After the actors and actresses take turns to introduce themselves to the crew, the actors act out the script. At the end, the cast and staff members eat catered food together to celebrate a successful script reading.
