Watch: TVXQ's Yunho Reunites With Olympic Figure Skater Cha Jun Hwan In Preview For "Cool Kids"

TVXQ’s Yunho will be reconnecting with an old acquaintance on JTBC’s “Cool Kids”!

On May 5, the variety show released a preview of its upcoming episode featuring Yunho and Cha Jun Hwan. Cha Jun Hwan is an Olympic figure skater who became the first South Korean male to win the bronze medal at the International Skating Union Grand Prix of Figure Skating Final.

In the new preview, the figure skater showcases his talent on the ice as the cast of “Cool Kids” cheers him on. He then changes into his school uniform and receives a warm welcome from the cast as he steps onto their bus.

Yoo Jae Suk tells Cha Jun Hwan that someone is coming to see him, and the athlete reacts with complete surprise when Yunho appears. The two stars first met on the 2011 SBS reality show “Kim Yuna’s Kiss and Cry,” in which celebrities and professional skaters teamed up to compete against one another in ice dancing.

Yunho immediately comments on how much Cha Jun Hwan has grown since their meeting eight years ago, and he tells Yoo Jae Suk that they haven’t seen each other since then.

Eight years ago, Cha Jun Hwan startled the TVXQ member on “Kim Yuna’s Kiss and Cry”  by unexpectedly asking him about his love life. In the preview for “Cool Kids,” Yunho gets his revenge by jokingly asking the figure skater if he has a girlfriend. The cast and guests then share a day full of laughter as they play games on the ice together.
