INFINITE Celebrates Their 9th Debut Anniversary

On June 9, INFINITE celebrated their 9th debut anniversary with personal messages to their fans!

INFINITE was formed by Woollim Entertainment and held their first debut showcase on June 9, 2010. They became known for their sharp and perfectly synchronized choreography and have had several hit songs, including “Be Mine,” “BTD,” “The Chaser,” and “Back.”

To celebrate the anniversary, INFINITE’s official Twitter revealed handwritten messages sent by the members who are currently completing their mandatory military service. The caption reads, “The members in the army have sent us their thoughts, but unfortunately Dongwoo’s letter has not yet arrived. Their bodies may be apart from us, but don’t forget that our hearts are always together. When Dongwoo’s letter arrives, we will share it with Inspirit [fandom name] right away, so please wait just a little.”

Sunggyu’s letter reads, “To Inspirit. I’m so grateful and happy for the past 9 years together with Inspirit. Let’s keep going forward together! Let’s be healthy. Salute!”

Sungyeol’s letter reads, “Thank you for being together with us for 9 years, Inspirit. I love you. I will return healthy from my military service to make even better memories with all of you. I miss you.”

Sungyeol also shared a photo of INFINITE on his Instagram and wrote, “Congratulations on 9 years. Thank you, as always, to Inspirit, who have been with us until now. I love you. It would be nice to enjoy this day together. Let’s stay healthy until the day we can all be together again! Stay healthy!
