VIXX's Leo And NU'EST's Minhyun Confirmed To Join Cast Of Musical "Marie Antoinette"

VIXX’s Leo and NU’EST’s Minhyun will be appearing in a musical!

On June 11, reports emerged that the two idols had been cast in the musical “Marie Antoinette.” Earlier in February, it was reported that Minhyun had received an offer to appear in the musical and was looking over the project. A source form EMK Musical Company, the production company behind the musical, confirmed the news and said, “Leo and Minhyun will be appearing in ‘Marie Antoinette.'”

Both Leo and Minhyun will play the role of Count Axel Von Fersen, a charming and brave Swedish Count who love Marie Antoinette. Anticipation is high for the two idols as Leo has been building up a repertoire as a musical actor, recently appearing in productions “Elisabeth” and “Mata Hari,” while Minhyun will be taking on his first musical ever.

“Marie Antoinette” first premiered in Korea in 2014 and is set to return this year from August 24 to November 17 at the D-Cube Art Center in Seoul.
