Ong Seong Wu Is A Youthful 18-Year-Old In Spring-Like Posters For His Upcoming JTBC Drama

JTBC dropped the first posters of Ong Seong Wu for the upcoming drama “Moments of 18.”

“Moments of 18” looks into the lives of the inexperienced youth. At the precarious age when even the smallest things can sweep you into a whirlwind of problems, the lives of these 18-year-olds show that the moments that pass by can leave deep, real impressions. The drama will star Ong Seong Wu, Kim Hyang Gi, Shin Seung Ho, Kang Ki YoungShim Yi YoungKim Sun Young, Park Sung Geun, Heo Young JiASTRO’s Moonbin, and more.

The unveiled posters feature Ong Seong Wu with pure and clear eyes as he enjoys the warm atmosphere of a sunny day. In one poster, he is blowing a dandelion, and in another poster, he is lying in a field of grass and flowers with a smile on his face. The words “Once for everyone…” are written on the posters. This piques the curiosity of viewers and makes them wonder how the story of an 18-year-old boy, who grows up in harsh realities and trials like the seeds of dandelions that take root and blossom even in a barren environment, will inspire empathy.

Through this drama, Ong Seong Wu is taking his first step as an actor, and he is drawing more anticipation and attention. He will be playing  Choi Joon Woo, a lonely yet mentally strong 18-year-old. He is a boy who is stronger than anyone else but is not good at expressing emotions, yet he is expected to steal viewers’ hearts with an odd and cute charm.

The production crew shared, “A youth drama with a different depth of empathy and emotional feelings will be coming this summer. Please look forward to Ong Seong Wu’s acting who will lead the drama with his diverse charms.”

“Moments of 18” will premiere on July 22 at 9:30 p.m. KST and will be available on Viki with English subtitles.
