MONSTA X’s Minhyuk has dropped his first ever mixtape!

On June 28 at 10 p.m. KST, Minhyuk released his mixtape “Ongsimi” which was produced by fellow MONSTA X member Joohoney, who also features in the track.

Ongsimi are dough balls often used in soup or porridge, and the lyrics to the song include Minhyuk singing, “You’re my creamy and round ongsimi, cute ongsimi, I will protect you.” The MV includes a retro concept complete with karaoke lyrics.

MONSTA X most recently shared the English-language track “Who Do U Love” featuring French Montana this month, and they’re currently on their “We Are Here” world tour.
