Prosecution Demands 2.5 Year Prison Sentence For Burning Sun CEO Lee Moon Ho’s Drug Use
The prosecution has demanded a prison sentence for Burning Sun CEO Lee Moon Ho.
Lee Moon Ho was previously indicted with detention for taking drugs including ecstasy and ketamine over 10 instances from 2018 through February 2019.
At the final trial on July 18, Lee Moon Ho said during his final testimony, “While I was detained, I deeply realized that my decisions were foolish and wrong. I promise that I will live a life without regrets while sincerely reflecting on immaturity in the past, so I ask for leniency.”
The prosecution demanded two years and six months in prison for Lee Moon Ho, commenting, “The defendant used a wide variety and large amount of drugs.”
Lee Moon Ho’s final sentence will be decided at his sentencing trial on August 22.
