Watch: Hoya And APRIL's Naeun Immerse In Their Roles For For "Hip Hop King"

SBS’s “Hip Hop King” has released a new making video of the actors rehearsing nonstop behind-the-scenes!

“Hip Hop King” is a six-episode drama that tells the story of the world of hip hop and the youth who grow through hip hop music. The cast includes Hoya, Cross Gene’s Shin Won Ho, APRIL’s Naeun, and model Han Hyun Min.

The making video starts with Han Hyun Min smiling at the camera and saying, “The making video for ‘Hip Hop King’ will now begin!” During one of the scenes, despite having to carry a heavy mic for a long time, Naeun toughs it out with a bright smile on her face.

Furthermore, even while moving from set to set, the actors focus completely on their work with their eyes glued to the script. Han Hyun Min and Hoya practice their lines while waiting to start filming, and they carefully monitor how their scenes turned out afterwards. Naeun and Shin Won Ho do the same, checking with the director to make sure everything is running smoothly.

The video also shows Hoya practicing nonstop and putting thought into each of his gestures. He can’t help but keep moving around while rehearsing his lines and movements, making viewers anticipate what else is to come from his role in “Hip Hop King.”
