Lee Kwang Soo Reveals What He Said To Song Ji Hyo To Hold Back Her Tears During Fan Meeting
On the September 29 episode of SBS’s “Running Man,” the cast sat down to talk about their 9th anniversary fan meeting and share behind-the-scenes stories.
Ji Suk Jin and Yoo Jae Suk talked about how the cast went out for dinner afterwards, and Yoo Jae Suk brought up the fact that Ji Suk Jin had wanted to express his emotions on stage. Yoo Jae Suk commented, “Ji Suk Jin wanted to cry like Song Ji Hyo.”
Yang Se Chan added, “I was next to Suk Jin hyung, and as soon as Ji Hyo noona began to cry, he said, ‘Okay. Ji Hyo has taken it.’ I felt goosebumps.”
When Song Ji Hyo cried on stage during her closing statement at the fan meeting, Lee Kwang Soo had whispered something into her ear that stopped her from crying.
Lee Kwang Soo said, “When she was crying on stage, she looked at me and told me to do something. So I told her to think about the drinks at the party afterwards and she immediately started smiling.”
