Park Myung Soo Performs Good Deed After Being Hit In Minor Car Accident

Park Myung Soo showed his generosity after a minor car accident.

On November 21, the comedian’s car was hit by a school bus. Fortunately, there were no children inside the school bus at the time of the accident.

Although the school bus driver was at fault for the car accident, the school bus did not belong to the driver and he found himself having to pay for the total repair costs. Seeing this, Park Myung Soo offered to cover all of the repair costs from the car accident which was over 10 million won (approximately $8,500). Despite the large amount of money and having to rent a car while his car is being repaired, the comedian said he would cover the costs and the driver expressed his gratitude for Park Myung Soo’s generous gesture.

A source from his agency told MyDaily, “Park Myung Soo was in a car accident this morning. Because it seemed like the driver who caused the accident was in a troubling situation, Park Myung Soo decided to pay for all of the repairs.”

This is the third time Park Myung Soo has made headlines for good deeds involving his car. In 2015, he was involved in a minor car accident where a taxi crashed into his Range Rover. Despite not being at fault for the accident, the comedian offered to pay for all of the repair expenses after seeing that the taxi driver was an elderly man in his 60s driving a company-owned car. He also previously paid for the repair costs after a part-time worker at a parking lot damaged his car.

In addition, Park Myung Soo regularly donates to underprivileged hearing-impaired people and donates monthly to the child support organization Beautiful Fund. He has also participated in movements to protect marine life along with recovery efforts after damages from typhoons and floods.
