Yeo Jin Goo And Im Siwan To Film In Hawaii For “Let’s Eat Dinner Together”
Updated November 26 KST:
Yeo Jin Goo and Im Siwan will reportedly be traveling to Hawaii to film the third part of the overseas special of JTBC’s “Let’s Eat Dinner Together”!
On November 26, an industry representative shared, “The two young stars Im Siwan and Yeo Jin Goo will become food companions through ‘Let’s Eat Dinner Together.'” The source continued, “[The actors] will be leaving for Hawaii on [November] 27 to film.”
In particular, this special will celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Samil (March 1st) Independence Movement and the establishment of the provisional government. Hawaii, along with Shanghai, China, was an important location overseas during the independence movement. In addition, Korean immigration to Hawaii began in 1903, making Hawaii an even more meaningful location historically.
The industry representative also added, “The communication with overseas Koreans living in Hawaii will hold different emotions and colors from the previous overseas special broadcasts of ‘Let’s Eat Dinner Together’ featuring Koreans abroad in Japan and Russia.”
Previously, Im Siwan and Yeo Jin Goo starred together in the 2012 MBC drama “The Moon Embracing the Sun.” Furthermore, the two recently showed off their close friendship when Im Siwan sent a snack truck to Yeo Jin Goo on the set of his recent drama tvN’s “Hotel Del Luna.” Viewers are highly anticipating the two actors’ chemistry for the upcoming special broadcast.
“Let’s Eat Dinner Together” featuring Im Siwan and Yeo Jin Goo will air sometime in December.
