Watch: Son Ye Jin And Hyun Bin Are 2 Very Different People Falling In Love In "Crash Landing On You" Highlight Reel

tvN’s “Crash Landing on You” has released a new highlight video, giving viewers a sneak peek at the upcoming drama!

The new series will tell the story of Yoon Se Ri (Son Ye Jin), a wealthy South Korean heiress who is forced to make an emergency landing in North Korea during a paragliding trip due to unexpected high winds. There, she meets North Korean officer Ri Jung Hyuk (Hyun Bin), who falls in love with her while trying to hide and protect her.

The highlight video begins with Yoon Se Ri crying out for help after her crash landing. Ri Jung Hyuk soon approaches her warily and aims his gun at her. She warns him not to come any closer, but ends up falling out of the tree and right into his arms. She is alarmed to learn that she is in North Korea, and she attempts to exclaim her predicament to the soldier, but he doesn’t seem interested in her story.

Eventually, Ri Jung Hyuk brings Yoon Se Ri to his home to hide her, and his fellow soldiers freak out that there’s a South Korean woman in their territory. The intelligent Yoon Se Ri realizes what’s going on and cheerfully threatens them by pointing out, “I don’t think I’m the only one who will die if word gets out that I’m here. I know all of you want to deny it, but we’re in the same boat now.”

Faced with no other option, Ri Jung Hyuk and Yoon Se Ri start living under one roof. At first, things seem difficult as Yoon Se Ri makes an “absurd” request for body wash and shampoo, but Ri Jung Hyuk eventually becomes protective of her. However, all the fun and romance come to an end when North Korean soldiers suddenly invade his home in search of an outsider.

Will these two very different people be able to overcome their obstacles and love each other freely?
