Sleepy Expresses Gratitude To BTS's Jin After He Offered Support During Hard Times

On the December 25 broadcast of MBC’s “Radio Star,” Kim Young Ho, MOMOLAND’s JooE, Sam Okyere, and Sleepy appeared as guests.

During the show, the guests shared stories of other people’s kindnesses to them in honor of the Christmas holiday.

Sleepy shared that Jin had touched him with his offer of help when Sleepy was having a hard time. Jin and Sleepy became close through their appearance on “Law of the Jungle” together. He said, “When my past [with my agency] was revealed, Jin texted me. He told me, ‘Please don’t misunderstand, hyung, but if you’re having a really hard time, I can help you out a little. Don’t feel bad about this, but if you’re struggling, please contact me.”

Sleepy continued, “I was so grateful that I wanted to let people know about this.” The rapper continued that he accepted the thought behind Jin’s offer of help but that he was doing okay now and that the recent news stories were about his past hardships.
