BTS’s Mics Sold For Astonishing Price At Grammy Week Charity Auction
A set of microphones used by BTS has fetched an impressive price at auction!
On January 24 local time, the Grammy Museum and MusiCares held their 30th Anniversary Person of the Year online charity auction in honor of Grammy Week 2020.
One of the lots was a set of seven custom-made Shure microphones used and signed by the BTS members, which sold for a cool $83,200.

According to Julien’s Auctions, the microphones were used by BTS between 2017 and 2019, specifically during their historic “Love Yourself: Speak Yourself” concert at New York’s Citi Field on October 6, 2018.
BTS previously commented, “It is our pleasure to participate in 2020 MusiCares Person of the Year by donating seven of our customized microphones that have helped push our music beyond linguistic and regional barriers.
