Watch: Stray Kids Performs “Levanter” And Expresses Love For Their Fans On “Live With Kelly And Ryan”

Stray Kids showcased a stunning performance for the U.S. audience!

On January 27 local time, Stray Kids appeared on the ABC talk show “Live with Kelly and Ryan” and performed “Levanter” from their English album “Step out of Clé.”

Introducing the JYP Entertainment boy group, host Ryan Seacrest said, “Here they come. They’re a South Korean boyband here to make their North American TV debut. Here’s Stray Kids with ‘Levanter!'”

After the performance, they met the hosts for a short chat where they discussed their dedicated fandom, STAY. Felix explained, “The reason why we chose STAY is because from ‘Stray Kids,’ if you take out the ‘R,’ the ‘R’ becomes a ‘reason.’ So we thought that STAY would be the reason why we’re Stray Kids.” Host Kelly Ripa commented, “Aww that’s so sweet.”

When asked how long they’ve been performing together, Bang Chan replied, “Our official debut was March 2018, but we’ve been together since before that because we’ve always been practicing together and everything. So it’s been quite a while.” Praising their hard work, Kelly Ripa told them, “Practice makes perfect, and that was perfect. It was a great performance.”

They concluded the interview by speaking about kicking off their world tour at the Hulu Theater in New York City, and the hosts invited some STAYs onto the stage to meet the boy group.

Stray Kids will continue U.S. promotions with their second appearance on FOX5’s “Good Day New York” on January 28.
