IU, 2PM's Taecyeon, Junho, So Ji Sub, And More Donate Towards Fight Against Coronavirus

Stars are making generous contributions to show their support in combatting COVID-19 (novel coronavirus).

On March 5, Heize donated 50 million won (approximately $42,000) to the Hope Bridge Disaster Relief Association.

In addition to her previous contributions, IU gave 20 million won (approximately $16,800) to a welfare facility in Yangpyeong County and 15 million won (approximately $12,600) to an infant care facility, welfare center for the severely disabled, and welfare center for disabled children. The singer has given five donations totaling 315 million won (approximately $265,000) thus far.

Comedian Kim Joon Hyun donated 24,000 masks and 900 sanitizers to Daegu City Hall.

2PM’s Taecyeon gave 50 million won to NGO Good Neighbors.

So Ji Sub donated 300 million won (approximately $252,300) to NGO Good Neighbors.

VIXX’s N, who’s currently carrying out his mandatory military service, donated his entire one-year salary as a soldier of 4.2 million won (approximately $3,500) to the Happy Bean Foundation on the one-year anniversary of his enlistment. His donation will be forwarded to the Hope Bridge Disaster Relief Association.

Cube Entertainment gave 50 million won to the Hope Bridge Disaster Relief Association. The agency is home to stars including BTOB, PENTAGON, CLC, (G)I-DLE, Yoo Seon Ho, Lai Guanlin, Jo Kwon, Jang Hyun Seung, Lee Hwi Jae, Park Mi Sun, and more.

2PM’s Junho donated 30 million won to NGO World Vision to help children in low-income families.

Daniel Henney partnered with health supplement brand HPO, which he is the model for, to donate 100 million won in cash and 200 million won worth of vitamins.
