Lee Kwang Soo In Talks To Appear As Leading Role In Upcoming Film
Lee Kwang Soo is in talks to appear in a new film!
On April 3, it was reported that Lee Kwang Soo would be starring in the upcoming film “Gwanghwamun Jealousy Fight” (literal title). A source from his agency King Kong by Starship responded to the reports and stated, “Lee Kwang Soo is currently positively looking over an offer to appear in the film. No details have been decided yet.”
A source from 26 Company, the production company behind the film, stated, “Production for the film has been delayed due to COVID-19 (novel coronavirus). We do not have a detailed date for when filming will start and we are monitoring the situation.”
“Gwanghwamun Jealousy Fight” will center around a couple and tell the story of love and jealousy between four people. Lee Won Shik, the director behind films like “A Boy’s Sister” and “Traveler from the North,” will be helming the project.
Lee Kwang Soo is currently also in talks to appear in the sequel to the hit film “The Pirates.” His next film “Sinkhole,” which he appeared in alongside Cha Seung Won, Kim Sung Kyun, and Go Chang Suk, is set to premiere this year.
