“My Unfamiliar Family” Cast Shows Dedication While Studying Their Scripts On Drama Set

Upcoming tvN drama “My Unfamiliar Family” has shared new behind-the-scene photos!

“My Unfamiliar Family” is a story of the relationships and misunderstandings between strangers who are like family—and family who are like strangers.

In the newest behind-the-scene stills, Han Ye Ri, Kim Ji Suk, Chu Ja Hyun, and Shin Jae Ha have their eyes on the script.

Han Ye Ri, who will be starring in the drama as the optimistic and overly considerate Kim Eun Hee, reads the script meticulously so as not to miss out on any emotional details. Kim Ji Suk, who plays her free-spirited college friend Park Chan Hyuk, also impresses with his sharp concentration.

Chu Ja Hyun, who will star in the drama as Kim Eun Hee’s older sister Kim Eun Joo, studies hard to fulfill her role as the practical one in the family, while Shin Jae Ha, who will play the sensitive younger brother Kim Jin Woo, is also absorbed in the script.

The production team shared, “It is a set where the actors’ efforts and passion shine through their characters in a pleasant atmosphere. Please look forward to the magical synergy of the actors that will make you empathize with [a drama] that is similar to the story of ‘you’ and ‘your family.'”

“My Unfamiliar Family” premieres on June 1 at 9 p.m. KST and will be available with English subtitles on Viki.
