Stray Kids Postpones Concerts In Thailand And Indonesia Due To COVID-19

Stray Kids has postponed their concerts due to concerns regarding COVID-19.

On July 30, JYP Entertainment released an official announcement regarding Stray Kids’ concerts. They wrote, “Stray Kids World Tour ‘District 9: Unlock’ scheduled for August 9, 2020 in Bangkok and August 15, 2020 in Jakarta have unfortunately been postponed due to the proliferation of COVID-19.”

They continued, “Even though we have been looking for ways to proceed with the concert, due to the global proliferation of COVID-19, it is difficult to pursue the concert any further. We ask for your understanding as this decision has been made in consideration for the safety of the artists as well as the audience and sincerely apologize to all fans who anticipated Stray Kids’ concert.”

JYP Entertainment previously postponed and cancelled Stray Kids’ “District 9: Unlock” concerts at various other stops around the world.

Stray Kids recently returned with the title track “God’s Menu” and their first full-length album “GO生” (“GO LIVE”), which broke their personal first-week sales record with 127,930 copies sold. The new album also broke the group’s personal record for stock pre-orders, as well as their personal record on the international iTunes charts.
