Former VIXX Member Hongbin Announces Military Enlistment

Former VIXX member Hongbin has announced his plans to enlist in the military.

On August 13, Hongbin revealed during a personal broadcast that he would be enlisting in less than a week. He remarked, “It turns out that I’m going to be suddenly enlisting in the military on [August] 18.”

Last week, Jellyfish Entertainment announced that Hongbin had chosen to withdraw from VIXX and that the group would be promoting with the remaining five members in the future. That same day, Hongbin apologized to his fans through a Twitch stream, during which he also revealed that he had left the agency.
