Watch: Park Bo Gum, Park So Dam, And Byun Woo Seok Fight For Their Dreams In "Record Of Youth" Teaser

On August 25, tvN released a highlight video for their upcoming drama “Record of Youth.”

“Record of Youth” is a drama about young people who struggle to achieve their dreams and find love amidst the harsh realities of life in the modeling industry. Park Go Gum stars as Sa Hye Joon, an aspiring actor and model; Park So Dam stars as Ahn Jung Ha, an aspiring makeup artist; and Byun Woo Seok stars as Won Hae Hyo, a model who wants to achieve success without using his family’s name.

In the highlight video, Sa Hye Joon supports his dreams of becoming a model with various part-time jobs. In doing so, he catches the eye of Ahn Jung Ha, who becomes his fan – and later his friend. Sa Hye Joon struggles to justify his goal of becoming a model to his friends and family, who want him to face reality and give up his dream.

At his side, however, is Won Hae Hyo, a popular model and Sa Hye Joon’s close friend. Won Hae Hyo’s mother, Kim Yi Young (Shin Ae Ra) draws a firm line with Han Ae Sook (Ha Hee Ra), Sa Hye Joon’s mother, by saying, “Just because our sons are friends doesn’t mean that we’re friends,” but for some reason, when they meet on the street, Kim Yi Young welcomes her with a bright smile.

Although his older brother and father are against him, Sa Hye Joon also has a steadfast ally in his grandfather, Sa Min Ki (Han Jin Hee), who defends him to the rest of his family and warmly supports his dreams.

“Record of Youth” premieres on September 7 at 9 p.m. KST. Check out the highlight video below!
