Park Bo Gum Gets Together With Onscreen Family To Celebrate A Special Occasion In "Record Of Youth"

tvN’s “Record of Youth” has revealed new stills ahead of the upcoming episode!

“Record of Youth” is a drama about young people who struggle for their dreams and their love amidst the harsh realities of the modeling industry. Park Bo Gum stars as Sa Hye Joon, an aspiring actor and model, Park So Dam stars as Ahn Jung Ha, an aspiring makeup artist, and Byun Woo Seok stars as Won Hae Hyo, a model who wants to make a name for himself without relying on his family.

Recently, Sa Hye Joon started to collide with the harsh reality of his newfound stardom, wrestling with malicious comments and speculative news articles as he struggled to protect the ones he loves. Although he tried to stand firm, Ahn Jung Ha shook him with the news that she wanted to break up. With nothing left to rely on, it remains to be seen what kind of choice Sa Hye Joon will make as the drama approaches the final few episodes.

Meanwhile, Sa Hye Joon’s grandfather Sa Min Gi (Han Jin Hee) has been taking on challenges of his own. At the suggestion of his grandson, he signed up for a modeling academy and even secured a spot as an advertisement model for a TV commercial. Feeling remorse for being nothing but a burden on his son Sa Young Nam (Park Soo Young), he was finally able to give him money for the first time in his life.

The new stills show the family gathered together at an awards ceremony. Despite his busy schedule, even Sa Hye Joon was able to make time to celebrate his grandfather’s achievements. In one still, Sa Min Gi clutches his award and a bouquet of flowers as he makes his speech with a resolute and determined look on his face.

During the speech, Sa Young Nam and his wife Han Ae Sook (Ha Hee Ra) look on with proud smiles. Sa Hye Joon’s brother Sa Kyung Joon (Lee Jae Won) also sits at the table observing the scene.

With only two episodes left, the drama is set to portray the courageous leaps of youth who are faced with difficult situations. The drama’s production team commented, “Always present next to the youth are their families. They will bring warmth to the next page of ‘Record of Youth’ as they open up about their sincere feelings that they couldn’t previously share. Sa Hye Joon will also make an important decision to protect the ones he loves. Look forward to a conclusion befitting of ‘Record of Youth.'”

The next episode of “Record of Youth” airs on October 26 at 9 p.m. KST.
