Moon Ga Young Shows Off Her Unique Fashion Sense In Upcoming Drama "True Beauty"

tvN’s upcoming Wednesday-Thursday drama “True Beauty” has unveiled a new glimpse of Moon Ga Young in character!

Based on the hit webtoon of the same name, “True Beauty” is a romantic comedy about a girl named Lim Ju Gyeong (Moon Ga Young) who zealously uses makeup to hide her bare face and combat her insecurities about her looks. ASTRO‘s Cha Eun Woo will star in the drama as Lee Su Ho, a popular student who has his own emotional wounds, while Hwang In Yeob will play Han Seo Jun, an untamable rebel with a surprisingly warm heart.

On November 23, the drama released new stills of Moon Ga Young as Lim Ju Gyeong. In the photos, Lim Ju Gyeong grins sheepishly with a bare face, and her bizarre outfits are both rustic and cute.

When she isn’t posing as the perfect goddess, she looks like a normal teenager in boxy shirts and baggy jackets. She likes to keep her outfit comfortable and casual with an oversized t-shirt over a long-sleeved t-shirt, and she has a solid preference for colorful pants and bold shirts with skeleton designs.

“True Beauty” premieres on December 9 at 10:30 p.m. KST and will be available with English subtitles on Viki.
