
December Variety Show Brand Reputation Rankings Announced
The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed this month’s brand reputation rankings for variety shows!
The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, interaction, media coverage, community awareness, and viewership indexes of 50 popular variety programs, using big data collected from November 6 to December 6.
MBC’s “Home Alone” (“I Live Alone”) topped this month’s list with a brand reputation index of 9,142,585. High-ranking phrases in the show’s keyword analysis included “Park Se Ri,” “Henry,” and “Kai,” while its highest-ranking related terms included “release,” “confess,” and “appear.” The program’s positivity-negativity analysis revealed a score of 85.50 percent positive reactions.
TV Chosun’s “PPONG School” took second place in the rankings with a brand reputation index of 8,656,034 for the month.
Finally, MBC’s “How Do You Play?” rose to third place with a brand reputation index of 7,855,582 for December.
