BLACKPINK is the only Korean artist on Billboard’s staff-curated list of the 25 best music videos of 2020!

Coming in at No. 20 on the list was BLACKPINK’s “How You Like That” dance performance video, which currently has over 460 million views on YouTube. Unlike BLACKPINK’s usual music videos, which are known for their elaborate sets, costumes, and props, the dance performance highlights the group’s moves in front of a solid pink backdrop.

Billboard’s Nolan Feeney writes, “K-pop labels have budgets akin to a small nation’s GDP, but strip away the bells and whistles and capybaras of [BLACKPINK]’s usual event-level videos and you’ll still find something endlessly watchable (and meme-able): four pros who treat every single second as a battle for your attention, with enough body rolls and synchronized hair flips to qualify for an Olympic sport.”

BLACKPINK’s “How You Like That” recently won Best Performance (Female Group) at the 2020 Mnet Asian Music Awards and Best Dance (Female) at the Melon Music Awards 2020.
