"True Beauty," "Run On," And "Cheat On Me If You Can" In Close Competition + "Miss Trot 2" Sets Personal Best In Ratings

The ratings competition was tight for dramas as “Miss Trot 2” set a new record in the Thursday night time slot.

According to Nielsen Korea, the January 14 episode of “True Beauty” recorded ratings of 3.411 percent, a drop from last episode’s personal best of 4.265 percent.

On JTBC, “Run On” recorded ratings of 3.1 percent, similar to last episode, while on KBS, “Cheat on Me If You Can” recorded 2.8 and 3.1 percent, a slight drop.

TV Chosun’s “Miss Trot 2” continued to show the trot audition program series’ explosive popularity with average nationwide ratings of 26.205 and 29.763 percent. This is a jump up from last episode‘s 26.729 percent and also its previous personal best, recorded during its December premiere, of 28.649 percent.
