CSJH The Grace's Sunday Parts Ways With SM Entertainment

CSJH The Grace’s Sunday has officially departed from SM Entertainment.

On January 20, it was reported that Sunday’s exclusive contract with the agency had come to an end in May of the previous year. Soon after, SM Entertainment confirmed the news and stated, “Our exclusive contract with Sunday has come to an end. We will continue to cheer on her future activities.”

Former CSJH The Grace member Stephanie parted ways with SM Entertainment in 2016, while Dana left the agency in July of last year.

Sunday first made her debut in Japan in 2004 and became a member of CSJH The Grace in 2005. Since then she has also performed as a musical actress through roles in productions such as “Rock of Ages,” “Zorro,” and “Finding Mr. Destiny.” Sunday tied the knot with her non-celebrity husband in July 2020.

On Instagram, Sunday shared a video and wrote:

Hello. This is Sunday.
I’m writing this today because I want to express my gratitude for my relationship with SM, whom I’ve been with for about 20 years, from when I was a trainee until now. They were such happy times because I was able to spend my brightest time together with them! I sincerely thank Lee Soo Man and all the SM family members, who continue to cherish and love me. Those times during which I learned and experienced so much were the greatest present in my life. I’ll continue to be encouraged by our SM family’s support and more actively promote.
