Following his military discharge, EXO’s D.O. unveiled a live clip video for his song “That’s Okay“! D.O. released the track on July 1, 2019, the day of his enlistment.

EXO’s D.O. is back from military service!

On January 25, D.O. was officially discharged from his mandatory military service in accordance with COVID-19 protocol. This means he was discharged directly from his final leave without returning to the base.

D.O. expressed his gratitude to fans through a handwritten message posted on the fan community Lysn. His message read, “I’ve been discharged from the military. Thank you for waiting for such a long time. I’ll work hard. Stay healthy everyone!”

D.O. enlisted in July 2019 as an active duty soldier and participated in the military musical “Return: The Promise of the Day” (literal title) during his service. He is the second member to complete his military duty after Xiumin, who was discharged the previous month.

He is also set to star in the upcoming film “The Moon” (tentative title) alongside veteran actor Sol Kyung Gyu.
