Pyo Ye Jin To Replace APRIL's Naeun In Upcoming SBS Drama "Taxi Driver"

Actress Pyo Ye Jin has been cast in the upcoming SBS drama “Taxi Driver.”

On March 10, a source from “Taxi Driver” confirmed that Pyo Ye Jin had been cast in the role of Go Eun.

APRIL’s Naeun had previously been cast as Go Eun, but it was decided that she would be replaced following allegations of bullying. “Taxi Driver,” which has not yet premiered, has completed about 60 percent of filming, but all footage featuring Go Eun will be reshot with Pyo Ye Jin.

“Taxi Driver” is about a mysterious taxi service called Rainbow Taxi that takes revenge on behalf of victims who are unable to get justice from the law. It stars Lee Je Hoon, Esom, and Kim Eui Sung.

The character Go Eun is a hacker who works for Rainbow Taxi. She is the victim of a crime that took away her whole family and now works at Rainbow Taxi as the “eyes” and “ears” of Kim Do Gi (Lee Je Hoon), hacking into all manner of digital devices such as CCTV, smartphones, and computers.

“Taxi Driver” is currently set to premiere on April 9.
