SHINee’s Taemin Sweeps iTunes Charts Across The Globe With “Advice”

SHINee’s Taemin is taking over iTunes charts around the world with his new album!

On May 18 at 6 p.m. KST, Taemin dropped his third mini album “Advice.” The album reached No. 1 on iTunes charts in 41 countries around the world, including Canada, France, Argentina, Austria, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Denmark, Ecuador, El Salvador, Finland, Indonesia, Japan, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, India, Malaysia, Mexico, Mongolia, Norway, Peru, the Philippines, Poland, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Ireland, Ukraine, and Bahrain.

“Advice” also claimed No. 1 on the Chinese music platform QQ Music’s daily digital album sales chart and Japanese Line Music’s Top 100 chart.

Taemin also topped domestic music charts, such as Hanteo Chart and Synnara Record, with his new mini album, while his title track “Advice” also ranked at the top of the music charts, including VIBE and Genie.

“Advice” contains a total of five songs: “Advice,” “If I Could Tell You” (featuring Girls’ Generation’s Taeyeon), “Light,” “Strings,” and “SAD KIDS.”
