THE BOYZ Cancels Schedule For This Week + Ju Haknyeon And Younghoon To Sit Out Part Of “Kingdom” Finale Performance Due To Injury
On May 26, THE BOYZ’s agency released an official statement revealing that Ju Haknyeon had recently been diagnosed with a herniated disc after experiencing back pain. As the idol was advised to “refrain from excessive movement” for the time being, Ju Haknyeon will only be participating in part of THE BOYZ’s final performance for “Kingdom.”
Younghoon, who did not participate in THE BOYZ’s Round 3 performance for “Kingdom” due to his recent surgery, will also be sitting out part of the final performance together with Ju Haknyeon.
Additionally, Cre.ker Entertainment announced that THE BOYZ will no longer be performing at the “Red Angel Concert” that they were originally scheduled to attend on May 29.

Hello, this is Cre.ker Entertainment.
We are making an announcement regarding Ju Haknyeon’s back pain.
Last week, Ju Haknyeon developed symptoms of back pain and visited the hospital, where he underwent thorough examination and was diagnosed with a herniated disc.
[Ju Haknyeon’s] everyday activities will not be hindered by his condition. However, in accordance with the doctor’s opinion that he refrain from excessive movement for about a week, he will temporarily be avoiding strenuous movements and focusing on his treatment and recovery.
Therefore, Younghoon and Ju Haknyeon will only be participating in part of [THE BOYZ’s] final performance for Mnet’s “Kingdom,” and THE BOYZ will not be participating in the event that was scheduled for May 29.
We will do our utmost to ensure that they will soon be able to greet fans in good health.
