VERIVERY's Minchan Announces Return After 8-Month Hiatus
VERIVERY’s Minchan is back!
On May 31, Jellyfish Entertainment announced that after an eight-month hiatus, Minchan will be returning to activities as usual.
Last October, Minchan temporarily halted all activities after experiencing symptoms of psychological anxiety. In order to focus on his treatment and recovery, he did not participate in the group’s latest comeback with “Get Away” in March.
Jellyfish Entertainment’s full statement is as follows:
Hello, this is Jellyfish Entertainment.
We are making an announcement regarding VERIVERY member Minchan’s return to activities.
During his hiatus, Minchan focused on his treatment and recovery, and following a medical examination, his doctor has advised that he is able to carry out his schedule normally.
Therefore, starting from June 1, Minchan will be fully participating in VERIVERY’s scheduled activities as usual starting from June 1.
VERIVERY’s Minchan’s DearU bubble service, which had been temporarily halted, will be reopened on June 2 at 11 a.m. KST, and VERIVERY’s 7-member service will once again be available for use.
For the time being, official content that has already been filmed with six members, such as [VERIVERY’s variety show] “Chaotic VERIVERY Land,” will be uploaded as is, so we ask for fans’ generous understanding in this regard.
Thank you to all the fans who waited for Minchan’s return and cheered him on, and we ask that you continue to show a lot of love and support for VERIVERY’s Minchan in the future.
Thank you.
Welcome back, Minchan!
