INFINITE's Sungjong Renews Contract With Woollim Entertainment + Sungyeol Signs With Kim Myung Soo's Agency

Woollim Entertainment announced that Sungjong has renewed his contract with the agency.

On June 7, Woollim Entertainment shared, “INFINITE’s Sungjong recently renewed his contract based on the deep trust we built over a long period of time. We are happy to be able to continue our connection with Lee Sungjong, who has been with us for 11 years since the beginning of INFINITE. Moving forward, we will continue to be a reliable source of support for Lee Sungjong and provide our full support so that he can promote as a multi-entertainer. Please anticipate and give your attention to Lee Sungjong, who will take new steps with Woollim.”

It was also revealed this day that Sungyeol signed with his bandmate Kim Myung Soo‘s (L’s) agency Management 2sang. Sungyeol, Dongwoo, and Sunggyu left Woollim Entertainment in March.

Management 2sang’s CEO Kim Moon Sam commented, “Lee Sungyeol is an artist with infinite potential who can promote in various fields of entertainment including music, variety shows, acting, and more. We will provide our unsparing support so that he can release all of his natural charms to his heart’s content. Please show lots of attention and support for Lee Sungyeol, who is embarking on a new start with Management 2sang.”

Meanwhile, Sungjong, Sungyeol, Sunggyu, and Dongwoo will be holding a special V LIVE to celebrate INFINITE’s 11th debut anniversary on June 9 at 6 p.m. KST. Members Kim Myung Soo and Nam Woohyun are not able to participate as they are currently serving in the military.
