The twists and turns in “Love (ft. Marriage and Divorce) 2” continue to move apace!

TV Chosun’s “Love (ft. Marriage and Divorce)” is a drama about three women in their 30s, 40s, and 50s whose marriages are shaken up by unexpected events. The second season began airing on June 12.

In the previous episode, Pan Sa Hyun (Sung Hoon)’s parents learned the truth about his extramarital affair with Song Won (Lee Min Young). Although there was a ruckus at first, Pan Sa Hyun showed that he was sincere in his desire to protect their coming baby.

In the new stills, however, Pan Sa Hyun and Song Won are locked in a tearful embrace. After a private meeting between Song Won and Pan Sa Hyun’s mother, So Ye Jung (Lee Jong Nam), Song Won and Pan Sa Hyun met again in very different circumstances. Pan Sa Hyun came to Song Won’s house to figure out what to do next, but received a severe shock as Song Won decided to break up with him. Despite him showing signs of pain, she turned resolutely away from him. In the end, both of them end up shedding tears as they embrace, perhaps for the last time.

The production staff stated, “Sung Hoon and Lee Min Young, who have not experienced pregnancy and childbirth, searched online and asked their acquaintances in order to portray their characters’ feelings more accurately. Please tune in to the June 19 episode to learn the reason why Song Won’s attitude changed after her secret meeting with So Ye Jung.”

In another set of stills, Lee Ga Ryung, who plays Boo Hye Ryung, Pan Sa Hyun’s wife, had a surprising meeting with Jun Soo Kyung, who plays Lee Si Eun, the wife of Park Hae Ryoon (Jeon No Min). Boo Hye Ryung visits Lee Si Eun’s house late at night in full makeup and flashy clothes, greeting the children warmly and asking Lee Si Eun to go out for drinks with her. Although Lee Si Eun was nervous about leaving her children alone, the children urged her to go out and relax. The scene is raising questions about what the two will discuss and whether they will reveal to each other the truth about their unfaithful husbands.
