“Voice 4” is the fourth season of “Voice,” a drama about an emergency call center that solves crime using the limited information from the calls they receive. Spoilers
In the new stills, Derek Jo and his team members surround Kang Kwon Joo with guns. Derek Jo himself has leveled a gun right at Kang Kwon Joo’s face and seems inches away from pulling the trigger then and there. Kang Kwon Joo just stares back at him in shock, but Park Joong Ki (Kim Joong Ki), Joo Kwang Soo (Song Boo Geon), and Park Eun Soo (Son Eun Seo) step in front of her to protect her.
In the previous episode, it was revealed that Circus Man, the villain of season four who uses the same extraordinary hearing abilities as Kang Kwon Joo to kill people instead of save them, was Kang Kwon Joo’s doppelgänger in looks as well.
The production staff stated, “Song Seung Heon and Lee Ha Na showed their professionalism as actors in their careful emotional and physical preparations for the tense gun stand-off scene. With the appearance of a villain who looks and hears like Kang Kwon Joo, viewers will feel the palpable tension rising in ‘Voice 4.'”
This episode of “Voice 4” airs on June 19 at 10:50 p.m. KST.
