Park Ju Hyun In Talks For Romance Drama Chae Jong Hyeop Is Reportedly Starring In
On June 29, Park Ju Hyun’s agency 925 Entertainment confirmed that the actress “is currently in talks” to star in KBS 2TV’s upcoming drama “Going to You at a Speed of 493 km” (literal translation).
“Going to You at a Speed of 493 km” is described as a “sports romance drama” about a man and a woman on a mixed doubles badminton company team.
Park Ju Hyun is said to have been offered the role of female lead Park Tae Yang, a former aspiring Olympian who had to leave the badminton world for three years due to a bribing scandal.
Meanwhile, Chae Jong Hyeop is reportedly starring as male lead Park Tae Joon, who naturally wound up in the world of badminton because of his parents’ badminton equipment business. Although he had begun to see the sport as work, his passion for badminton is reignited due to a desire to impress a woman.
Park Ju Hyun was also recently confirmed to be starring alongside Yoo Ah In, Go Kyung Pyo, and Ong Seong Wu in the upcoming film “Seoul Vibe,” while Chae Jong Hyeop is currently appearing in JTBC’s “Nevertheless” and will also be starring alongside Song Ji Hyo in the upcoming drama “The Witch’s Diner.”
“Going to You at a Speed of 493 km” will premiere either at the end of this year or in early 2022.
