EXO’s D.O. has released his first solo album “공감” (“Empathy”)!

The title track “Rose” is composed by Emanuel Abrahamsson, Benjamin Ingrosso, and Axel Ehnström, while the Korean lyrics are written by D.O. As explained by D.O. himself, “‘Rose’ is an acoustic folk genre song with a refreshing guitar rhythm, and the key point of the song is that it has an easy melody that anyone can sing along to.” The lyrics tell the sweet story of someone falling in love and confessing to their beloved.

EXO’s D.O. has shared a gorgeous new set of teaser photos for his upcoming solo mini album!

D.O’s first solo mini album “공감” (“Empathy”) will contain eight total tracks including six new songs and two bonus tracks.

The title track “Rose” is an acoustic folk genre song with a refreshing guitar rhythm. The lyrics are written by D.O himself and depict a confession of love. An English version of “Rose” will be included as a bonus track.

B-side track “I’m Gonna Love You” is another song with a rhythmical guitar sound and features Wonstein. It is a medium tempo pop song, and the lyrics also portray a romantic confession.

“It’s Love” is a Latin-style acoustic pop song about looking for love even when it disappoints you. A Spanish version of the song titled “Si Fueras Mía” will be included in the album as a bonus track.

Other songs on D.O.’s upcoming album are “My Love,” “Dad,” and “I’m Fine.” The mini album will be released on July 26 at 6 p.m. KST.
