Highlight’s Son Dongwoon, Teen Top’s Niel, PENTAGON’s Wooseok, and VICTON’s Sejun Cast In Web Drama
Various idols have been confirmed to star in an upcoming web drama!
Recently, Dingo Music announced they are preparing a web drama titled “The Guys I Want to Catch” (literal title). It is a story of four police trainees in Noryangjin who failed their police exams and became known as F4 (with the “F” standing for failure) and the different situations they come across as they pursue criminals. U+ Idol Live will help produce the drama, and they will start filming this month with the goal of being released in August.
Highlight’s Son Dongwoon, Teen Top’s Niel, PENTAGON’s Wooseok, and VICTON’s Sejun will take the roles of the four members of F4. They will act using their real names, which will add a sense of reality and entertainment in the drama.
First of all, Son Dongwoon plays a character who wants nothing more than to be a police officer. His heartbeat quicks when he hears the siren of a police car, but he repeatedly fails the police exam due to irritable bowel syndrome.
Niel was born and raised in a well-to-do family, lived without a dream, and decided to become a police officer because it would be better than being an unemployed student. He is highly intelligent, but for some strange reason, he is always anxious that he will actually pass the exam.
Wooseok is a romanticist who decided to become a police officer because his first lover Min Jung said that men in police uniform is her ideal type. Sejun will portray a character from a poor family who is the eldest son of four siblings.
Dingo Music will also be holding a poster making contest for fans from July 8 to 14 KST, and the winning poster will be used for promotions. Dingo Music commented, “We are planning to create an abundant amount of entertainment by combining various fun ideas with fans. Please show a lot of interest in the refreshing drama “The Guys I Want to Catch” about growth that stars Noryangjin’s F4: Son Dongwoon, Niel, Sejun, and Wooseok.”
