CL’s new single “Lover Like Me” is out!

“Lover Like Me” is the second pre-release single ahead of CL’s full album “ALPHA” that will be released on October. After having made her mark as a performer with the powerful first single “SPICY,” “Lover Like Me” focuses more on her vocal abilities. Along with CL, British singer Anne-Marie also took part in writing the lyrics for the song. On the surface, it appears to be a song about love, but it also seems to reflect the story of CL as a musician.

CL is gearing up for the second single from her upcoming album “ALPHA”!

Back in August, CL announced that her new album “ALPHA” was set to drop in October. Prior to the release of “ALPHA,” she would share two pre-release singles in August and September. The first single, “SPICY,” was released on August 24.

On September 17 at midnight KST, CL announced that the second single, “Lover Like Me,” would be released on September 29 at 1 p.m. KST.
