Cube Entertainment Denies Reports That (G)I-DLE's Minnie Is Returning To Korea Soon

Cube Entertainment has denied the reports that (G)I-DLE’s Minnie is returning to Korea soon.

On October 30, Cube Entertainment stated to Newsen, “It is a false report that Minnie is returning to Korea tomorrow. She is still in Thailand and she still has scheduled activities there to complete.”

Earlier, Sports Kyunghyang had reported that Minnie was scheduled to return to Korea via Incheon International Airport on October 31.

Minnie, who was born in Thailand, has been promoting in Thailand during (G)I-DLE’s group hiatus in Korea. The other (G)I-DLE members have also been focusing on their solo careers in Korea and China, including acting, variety, and solo music.

(G)I-DLE’s last group comeback was in January 2021 with the EP “I Burn” and title track “HWAA.” They released the song “Last Dance” via the app Universe in April as five members after Soojin took a hiatus due to allegations of school bullying. In August, Soojin officially left the group.
