Watch: Kim Bum Is Haunted By Rain To No End In "Ghost Doctor" Teaser

tvN’s upcoming drama “Ghost Doctor” released a thrilling new teaser!

Helmed by “Heirs” director Boo Sung Chul, “Ghost Doctor” is a fantasy medical drama about two doctors who could not be more different in terms of their backgrounds, skills, or personalities but end up combining bodies and spirits.

Rain stars as genius thoracic surgeon Cha Young Min, and Kim Bum plays silver-spoon resident Go Seung Tak. Apink‘s Son Naeun is emergency room intern Oh Soo Jung, and Uee takes on the role of neurosurgeon Jang Se Jin, who happens to be Cha Young Min’s ex-girlfriend.

The new teaser begins with Cha Young Min narrating, “It all started that day.” After the teaser briefly previews Cha Young Min using his medical skills to save people, he’s shown being brought to the hospital covered in blood following a car accident.

The hospital’s resident ghost Tes (Sung Dong Il) narrates, “Coma ghosts. Ghosts who don’t know if they’ll die or live.” The text on screen also reads, “Spirit that’s at the border of life and death,” and Cha Young Min’s shocked expression foreshadows how the unimaginable has happened.

Meanwhile, Go Seung Tak looks furious as he yells, “Get lost, you darned ghost!” while hilariously trying to avoid touching people. Nevertheless, Cha Young Min sticks close by him, causing Go Seung Tak to loudly scream, “I told you to get away from me!”

Before the teaser concludes, Tes mysteriously states, “You two seemed to be tightly tied together,” raising anticipation for Cha Young Min and Go Seung Tak’s unconventional relationship.

“Ghost Doctor” will premiere on January 3 at 10:30 p.m. KST. Watch the full teaser below!
